Carol Wisker, MA, Art Education, University of the Arts, is a mixed media painter and award winning assemblage artist who has been creating and teaching art for 30 years. Carol has been a member of the Third Street Gallery on Second Street since 2003, has had many solo and group exhibitions and is also collected widely.
